Powell Forster Solicitors

Tim Powell

In 1981 I graduated from Southampton University with an Honours Degree in Law (2:1).  I qualified as a solicitor in October 1984, and then worked for a law firm in the West End of London.  My legal background includes High Court civil litigation and full-time criminal advocacy.

Between 1990 and 1997 I job-shared with my partner Deirdre, covering all areas of court work, with an emphasis on landlord and tenant law and personal injury law.

I continue to practice advocacy, representing clients before the local county courts.

I am a part-time Lawyer Chairman of the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal and a trained mediator.

I am a Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
